Accommodation renovated in 2023, quiet, not overlooked in an alleyway close to the city center, shops, shipyard. The coves are within walking distance in 10 minutes, the old port is 2 minutes away. Located in a townhouse, access is via a small garden. It has a bedroom with new 160 bedding and flat screen, a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room, a small terrace, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, Nespresso machine. Secure parking space 5 minutes away.
