This place has a style of its own. Located in the centre of the medieval settlement of Ano Syros. The house has a private ( only for the guests ) upper terrace ( reachable by 2 ladders) with the stunning sea view of Ermoupoli with its port/shipyard. There is a private outdoor dining area .Sometimes cats come by to say hello , pls don’t feed them. Many restaurants and stores are just around the corner. The nearest parking lot is 4 min by foot. Don’t forget the stairs of Ano Syros ,there are many!

Μοναδική, πέτρινη παραδοσιακή οικία, εντός μεσαιωνικού οικισμού Άνω Σύρου. Η κατοικία έχει αδειοδοτηθεί από τον ΕΟΤ ως τουριστικό κατάλυμα. Χρονολογείται από τα τέλη 16ου αιώνα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένη χωρίς να έχει αλλάξει ο παραδοσιακός της χαρακτήρας. Στον πάνω όροφο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό (με έναν καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι) καθώς και η κουζίνα (εξωτερική). Στον κάτω όροφο βρίσκεται η κρεβατοκάμαρα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, και το μπάνιο. Ιδανική για δύο άτομα, ενώ μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα.

Traditional maisonette in Ermoupoli

Traditional 19th century stone maisonette. It is consists of two levels of 35sqm each connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor there is a living room and a fully equipped kitchenette. Upstairs which is an open plan space, there is a king size bed, a single bed, the bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the entrance to the harbor of Ermoupoli.

The traditional stone building house is located only 200 m. from the entrance of Ano Syros (where all the vehicles stopped). Few metres from the house at the area "Piatsa", you will find many cafes, bistros, restaurants and shops for your buys. The stone building keep the house cold even the most high temperatures of the summer days!

Build during 16th century, recently renovated respectfully and according the tradition, keeping all the architectonical characteristics. Approached by the entrance of the city called “Pano Terma”.
