Great place to stay for friends or parents visiting U of M for a fun weekend or a sports event. The house is completely redone, furnished, and ready for your stay! The entire house has 4 beds, a blow-up mattress, and plenty of couch space for an additional guest or two. The house is thoroughly cleaned!

Welcome to our treetop dwelling. This little building was once a mason’s shop, then a cabinet make’s. Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. Argo park and river trails are your back yard!

This is a 50's style sunny duplex, 1.3 mile to the Big House . A full kitchen for those who love to cook. The large private deck with a patio table is perfect for relaxing. Within a 10 minute walk there are a variety of restaurants. There are two desks- one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The one in the living room, pulls out to give you a lot of space.
