Najbližje plaže v Ankaranu je oddaljena 4 km približno 7 km pa je do nove plaže v Kopru. V bližini je trgovina, pošta, bari, slaščičarna. Urejene so peš poti in kolesarska pot Parencana, po kateri lahko pridemo do turističnega Portoroža. 20 km od Škofij se nahaja kobilarna Lipica, 50 km Postojnska jama in Predjamski grad.

The house offers everything you may need for a peaceful family vacation. Pets are allowed. The nearest grocery store is located 150 meters away. There are also several bars and restaurants nearby. The bus stop is 350 meters away. Ankaran Beach is 1.7 kilometers away (25 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car). This excellent location allows you to explore nearby cities Trieste and Udine in Italy, and Koper, Izola, and Piran in Slovenia. There are many hiking and biking trails in the area.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

Our cosy flat is just a 15-minute walk from the beach and the centre of Ankaran (grocery shop, ATM, pharmacy and excellent restaurants can be found there) and is ideal for couples, friends, adventurers and families with children. Our guests like to enjoy the tranquillity of the directly accessible garden, where there is space to eat, barbecue and sunbathe in complete privacy.
