The Richmond Hills have lots of walking and mountain bike trails with fantastic views over the Tasman Bay. Rabbit Island with its wonderful beach and spectacular scenery is also a great place to enjoy the day and just 15 min away by car.

Owners live on property There is a wooden deck with outdoor furniture & bbque. $15 fee will be incurred should an EV be charged at our cottage .

Located on the Tahunanui hillside with views to the distant mountains. It is an easy 1.3 km walk to the beach (15 min.) -or 5 min drive. CBD is 6km away. Bus stop is 13m walk.
