Relax at the Scottish themed cottage (superking size bed) .Pets welcome too. It is a clean, cosy, well equipped, comfortable home with Netflix, free parking at door. It is a great location for walking and touring the region. If you fancy a peaceful stroll along the Ericht river it’s only 3 mins walk away or continue into the quaint highland town centre of Blairgowrie, 5 mins walk (famous for its strawberries ) for pubs ,supermarket, cafes, shops and restaurants. Included is coffee, tea etc, & a porridge-pot/cereals/fruit/toast breakfast. The Bar & Restaurant in the hotel (different organisation) open Wed-Sun, meals best booked direct by phone, we can pass their number to you once you have made your Airbnb booking. For Mon-Tue evening meals we provide Oakhouse Foods Frozen complete meals.

Traditional & relaxed B&B in the 16th century Scottish tower wing of our family home. Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the house with large bathroom and small sitting room with tv. Full breakfast included. Please note there is no guest access to the kitchen for cooking / reheating food.

The area is very friendly, its in a newly built up family development. Its very quiet and chilled out area with lots of local amenities. The house is very warm and inviting,the downstairs is open plan with french doors out to a lovely rear garden with hot tub. There is lots of seating outside which catches the sun all day and is a lovely spot to enjoy the afternoon.
