The apartment is in the best condominium in Angra dos Reis, facing the beach and the Porto Frade marina, with a spectacular view of the sea. It is next to Fasano, thus having several options of shops and restaurants. It has 2 en-suites, a large living room with different environments, a half bath, a full kitchen and a small laundry room. The apartment also offers a swimming pool and barbecue area. 24-hour security and 2 parking spaces.

Better cost-benefit ratio, for those who do not give up being in the top condominium in Angra dos Reis wanting to spend less. I own one (1) of the 6 semi-detached homes. It's a sub condo inside the friar. There you will have club, private beach, waterfall, natural pools etc. Place so special that the Fasano hotel is in the same place and you can visit its boulevard. The house pool can be used by the 6 houses and the barbecue is individual. Read about space.
