It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool ground floor) . It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will taste the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. Very flowery garden, with deckchairs, and terrace to have your meals in the shade of olive trees. In the heart of the bike paths, 300 m from the beach, shops and the Ré bus stop. Rest in this very quiet neighborhood.

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

The cottage is close to family-friendly activities (walking near a lake, fishing, cycling, amusement parks (tree climbing and water parks, etc.), karting, the sea nearby (20 min) ideal for surfing, sailing, and the cultural richness of the Vendée. Small, very functional house in the center of the island! The garden is a common area between the cottage and my house, with a separation of 30 meters. The small terrace and garden area will make your vacation unforgettable!
