The Eure river borders part of the property. 55 minutes from Paris, 1 hour from Rouen the Cottage is a magnificent vacation spot between Paris and Normandy. The entire left wing of the cottage as well as the entire 0.4 ha wooded park will be at your entire disposal. We can host outdoor events on request (baptism cocktail ceremony).

The studio is located on a quiet street, it is completely independent on the ground floor and offers a patio that is not overlooked, the city center and the castle are a few steps away. Parking nearby (opposite or church parking.) It has all the amenities to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Linens and towels are at your disposal as well as the essentials for lunch (coffee, sugar, chocolate, tea) and for cooking (salt, pepper, etc.) you will sleep in a BZ sofa bed (140/190).

In an exceptional and quiet setting, a charming cottage awaits you. Sleeps 6, surface area 30m2. Living room, equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge, senseo coffee maker, dishwasher), sofa bed, shower room with wc. Upstairs a dorm, 1 double bed and 3 single beds. You can enjoy the common garden with us and a 35m2 covered landscaped space, 4m table, barbecue, petanque court in the heart of the forest. Our house is next door. (chickens, dog, cat in the wild)

We welcome you to this small house with a completely renovated and refurbished garden (bedding, kitchen, bathroom, etc.). You will stay in the middle of nature with the only sound being birdsong. During your stay you will be able to taste the eggs from our hens, some fruits and vegetables from the garden, visit the goats,...
