Spacious yard for enjoying the seafront and walking distance to the main market, Greek stores and restaurants. A 3-minute walk from the cute little beach of Kolones or the organized beach of Batsi bay. The apartment has a panoramic view of the sea and mountain with breathtaking sunrises. Accommodation in 2 rooms plus a spacious lounge and kitchen for preparing meals.

Με αυτοκίνητο η χωρίς, απέχει 300μ από το κέντρο του Μπατσίου και την παραλία και με δωρεάν χώρο πάρκινγκ.Πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένος χώρος, με νησιώτικο στυλ και όλες τις ανέσεις ώστε να έχετε μια αξέχαστη διαμονή! Στις παροχές επίσης υπάρχει παρκοκρέβατο και καθαριότητα κάθε 3 μέρες. Καλάθι καλωσορίσματος για τους επισκέπτες μας.

It is comprised of the whole of the first floor of a two story building whose ground floor is under construction. It has a separate, private entrance, 3 balconies, 3 bedrooms and access to the terrace/rooftop. It is ideal for: Groups or couples who want to spend relaxing holidays without having a vehicle and also travellers who need a base from where they can explore the island with their vehicle.

Our Coral Cottage is a fully independent cottage, overlooking the Aegean sea. It boasts a spacious outdoor patio with sunbeds, an outdoor shower, and a barbeque area. Its private saltwater swimming pool reveals the most majestic view over the bay. The accommodation offers a master bedroom and a second bedroom equipped with a bunk bed, shared bathroom, living room and fully equipped indoor kitchen. Thanks to its location, it provides privacy and a unique experience.

It is located next to the beach of Neiporio of Chora, within walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the city center. In the same building is Roula's suites 1 which can accommodate up to 5 people. We are back after a few years offline! This 2 bedroom house is situated on the north-west side of Andros Island overlooking the famous Cavo D’ Oro sea-passage and facing the neighbouring island of Evia where you can enjoy the beautiful sea, amazing sunset views and most importantly a private beach!
