Cedar Brook Haven is a 4+ acre oasis right off of Cedar Bluff and Middlebrook Pike. Enjoy a private farm feel but within walking distance to stores & restaurants and just a short drive to the I-40/I-75 (2 miles) & everything the Knoxville area has to offer. EV Level 2 charger is available $10/day used. Tesla owners will need the J-1772 adapter.

Welcome to The Westwood Story House, a fully renovated 1940s 4br/3ba home, a place where new meets old! Nested in the Historic Westwood, it is walking distance to trendy restaurants, bars, greenways and shopping, and only 3 mi from University of TN & Downtown. Westwood is one of the original “automobile suburbs” in the city featuring lovely homes from the 1920s to 1950s. A canopy of trees surrounds this neighborhood! Step inside, and you will immediately feel that this home has a story to tell.

The Basement includes two bedrooms: the Guest Suite & Twin The two bedroom areas are separated by the Laundry room, which is shared by other guests. We strongly recommend that you visit our backyard water features before you leave. “Angel Fountain” and “Little Pigeon Water Fall”, best viewed at night when the lights are on. 1- No pets of any kind. 2- We have a shoes off policy in the house. 3- Kitchen is restricted and only available with Host’s permission. (Daily cooking is prohibited.)

The Loft Room shares a bathroom with 1 or 2 other Airbnb guests. The Loft feels relaxed and private. The double bed is cosy with a view of the 50” TV. The Loft has a mini fridge, microwave and a 50" Smart TV, with Amazon Prime & YouTube free.
