It is located in the Mauret district, 400 m from the Bassin beach and local shops: bakery, Carrefour City, fishmonger, greengrocer, wine cellar, hairdressers, restaurant, La Poste, oyster farmer). It's easy to get around by bike thanks to the bike path that runs along the coast. Note: linens are not included but can be for an extra €10 per person.

Our lovely 18m2 studio has a great location. It is located 300 m from the basin and the oyster port. The city centre with its pedestrian streets, lively all year round, is only 600 m away. 50 m from the studio, access to the bike paths allows you to go around the basin to get us we lend 2 VTC. The nearby forest offers beautiful hikes. After a busy day, you can enjoy the pool or rest in quality bedding. Loan of 2 VTCs.
