Independent studio

5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the calm of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has 1 bedroom with double bed, private bathroom, WC and equipped kitchen as well as an independent entrance (shared with our cats). As the terrain is sloping, a few steps lead to the entrance to the studio.

The apartment consists of a living area with sofa overlooking a balcony, a dining area and an open kitchen fully equipped with bar (ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishes).
