During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free season! Horses can be brought along. The view from the attic apartment is special and amazes even locals. This is the place to switch off and look dreamily into the distance and at the Elbe. Often the birds of prey circle at eye level and the starry sky sparkles like a crystal palace. In the morning, you can have your breakfast at sunrise and in the evening you can have lively conversations at the window with a view of the Elbe over a glass of wine or beer. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021.

It was completely renovated in 2022-2023 and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The wooden house is in a very quiet location, the neighbors are very quiet and hardly noticeable. The surrounding meadows and forests make it a relaxing place. Lüneburg is about half an hour away. The Elbe can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The nearest shops are 10-15 minutes away. The house invites you to relax. The cozy bed is suitable for 2 people. There is also a sofa bed in the fireplace room which can be used.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.

Our tiny house is the perfect base for cyclists, hikers, short-stay vacationers or ornithologists. Lake Sumter is only a few minutes' walk away. The Elbe is 4 km away. The light-flooded tiny house has 2 sleeping places with TV in the "upper deck." 2 more people can stay on a pull-out couch. There is a well-equipped kitchen and under the walnut tree you can linger and relax on a 20 sqm terrace with a grill.

The 2-room apartment is freshly renovated. 2022 is one bedroom with box spring double bed added. The living room is also equipped with a sofa bed. There is a small garden right outside the front door. The apartment is located together with another holiday apartment on a farm. A caretaker is on site. Bicycles can be rented cheaply in many different versions at Fahrrad Göldner in Neuhaus.
