Sonnenberg - Canal side & view - Private & Central

This unique property is a 16th century canal house. With private entrance and exclusive use of two whole floors. The owner lives on the bottom two floors of the house, so is always close-by to assist and help out with tips and recommendations. It also means no-party policy is strictly observed. The seating lounge area is warm and cozy, and has awesome views of the most beautiful canal of Amsterdam. A new built, cosy studio with your own entrance and terrace in the garden. Free parking, TV, WiFi, rainshower, toilet, mini fridge, microwave, cooking plate, cooker, Nespresso maker, free coffee and tea. Only 5 minutes walk to the trainstation with direct connection to the center of Haarlem 10 min. and the center Amsterdam only 30 min. Near the dunes for a beautiful walk or only 30 min. by FREE bikes! to the beach. Our place is a good starting point for a trip to the cities or the beach!

Perfectly placed in easy walking distance of all the sights, transport, shops, cafes and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful bedroom, large and light living room (can be used as second bedroom), luxurious and spacious bathroom, handy pantry. Park the cars in front of the house (private). The sea is a 15 second walk (4 seconds running). Slightly more when the tide is low. Don’t worry about anything. We got you covered with a fully equipped kitchen, two huge beds, a private green garden, warm outdoor shower, fresh breakfast, cappuccino’s, speedy landline wifi, star roofed bathroom, hanging chair and ‘bolderkar’ for the kids. Good news for all animal lovers: well-behaved dogs are allowed during the winter months (nov - feb).

No 35, 36. 38, 391 & 394 In our house we created a lovely private place with its own entrance. 100% privacy. Ceiling 3.30m, feels spacious Fridge, water cooker & Nespresso machine in the room. Small park on the water just behind the house. The awesome bed has both hard and soft pillows. You will sleep well :)

Stylish, Private, Sunny terrace, Museum, Cosy

Private, cosy, fully equipped with airco and central located studio in the Museum area next to the very popular area The Pijp. The studio is renovated in 2018 and there is also an outdoor private terrace where you can enjoy the sun and a great view. There are a lot of nice restaurants and nice coffee bars just around the corner and you can go by foot to the city centre or by tram. Private Tiny house/studio near airport & Amsterdam

Our little wooden cottage, studioappartment is approx 20 m2 connected to our home and garden. It has a private entrance, as well as a door to the garden, a very comfortable 160x200cm bed, kitchenette and cosy dining table annex desk and central heating. There is also a small functional private bathroom with shower, comfortable sink and toilet. For a third person will be there a folded floor mattrass. Fresh towels and bed linnen, coffee, tea are included!
