What looks like a collection of antique books, is in fact merely the façade behind which we’ve hidden our most mysterious rooms. Once you’ve found the door, you can drop down on the luxury bed, and take a good look around. To relax (maybe read an actual book), you can take a seat in one of the Chesterfields in front of the cases, where we also serve breakfast. Like in the rest of Hotel Not Hotel, not all is what it seems here. Some mirrors or paintings conveniently double as a one-way window, so you can see when it’s safe to come out of your hiding place, but no one can look inside… Room features: One double bed, Shared Bathroom.

I am a private room for 4 people in the most Local Hostel in Haarlem. I have a double bed and two single beds set up as a bunk bed. You have a view over the continuous historic Spaarnwouderstraat. My bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. In my restaurant, you can have a local breakfast. Or come and get a Haarlem beer with a snack at my bar and sit on my open patio. See you there!

Our lovely hostel is located in a wonderful quiet neighbourhood Plantage, within walking distance to the centre. Nearby you can find plenty of restaurants to dine in and some cafes, pizzerias, public transport is well located (1 min to catch a tram #14 to the Central Station). 10 min walk to the metro at Weesperplein. Our neighbours are the Botanical Garden and the popular Zoo Artis.
