The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. Beautiful double-level houseboat, in the middle of the unique recreation area "Westeinder Lakes" in Aalsmeer. An area with many Marinas, catering facilities on and around the water, and within walking distance of the town´s center. The houseboat has a view of the lake and has all the comforts. 30 steps to sand... Boutique family guest house

Park the cars in front of the house (private). The sea is a 15 second walk (4 seconds running). Slightly more when the tide is low. Don’t worry about anything. We got you covered with a fully equipped kitchen, two huge beds, a private green garden, warm outdoor shower, fresh breakfast, cappuccino’s, speedy landline wifi, star roofed bathroom, hanging chair and ‘bolderkar’ for the kids. Good news for all animal lovers: well-behaved dogs are allowed during the winter months (nov - feb).

Two floor apartment Nieuw Vennep

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like stairs, or if you are allergic to dogs. The main bedroom has an attic with another bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see the dogs outside, and sometimes hear them.
