Cozy cottage in rural village environment in Åmot. (Ockelbo municipality). About 2 hours 20 minutes from Stockholm, 2 hours from Arlanda. Nice cross-country ski trails. Kungsberget about 25 minutes away. Upper floor: Bedroom with 2 beds. Bathroom with shower cabin, washing machine and toilet. Lower floor: Fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), living room with fireplace, bedroom with 2 beds, toilet. (Can not close door between bedroom and living room, see picture.) The country shop is 20 meters from the cottage. The right entrance is to this part of the house that is rented out.

Two balconies with double seating areas, both with ceilings and with lake views. (New patio July 2023) There are several ski trails, ice skating lakes nearby if weather permits. Kungsberget and Högbo ski resorts, only 35 minutes away (34 km) 12km to central Ockebo with shops, restaurants, café and beautiful Wij gardens.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects.
