You’ll love the king bed upstairs or the cozy queen down stairs- each w/ a walk in closet, and bathroom. Entertain up to 6 guests by playing games, watching THE game, or your fave show on your choice of streaming or dvd!

Compact & cozy, it has everything needed: separate bedroom, small living room, kitchen with full sized appliances & bathroom with shower. Coin op laundry, elevator, onsite management 8-5, M-F, video surveillance throughout common areas and a semi secured building are just some of the things that make this building special. Sleeps 2, 1 bed (full). The city does not allow overnight parking on downtown streets, but there are two free well lit municipal lots each about a block from our building.

Our place is a 10 minute drive to I-35/Ames. Restaurants & a park are within walking distance. This space is a flat above a detached garage and has a lovely, rustic charm and is separate from the main house. The living room has a pull-out couch, increasing guest size from 4 up to 6. The space includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining area and an outdoor grill. This is not handicap accessible as it requires going up one flight of stairs. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood!
