Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Beliggende på stille villavej med kun 4 min. gang til metro - som på bare 12 min tager jer til Kbh k, 4 min. gang til indkøb og Fields, 10 min. gang til naturskønne Amager Fælled. Villaen har en lækker have med pool og spa samt grill. Skal I opleve København og samtidig trække jer tilbage i rolige omgivelser når byen er blevet udforsket er dette den helt rigtige ejendom. Fantastisk villa med opvarmet pool og spa

Fantastisk mulighed for a hygge sig både inde og ude med hele familien. Udearealet består af en stor terrasse, sofaarrangement, spisebord, loungemøbler, træningsrum og swimmingpool + spa. Swimmingpoolen er opvarmet til 28 grader og spaen 38, så uanset vejret, så kan man hygge i timevis. Indenfor er der god plads til at spille, hygge eller se en god film i det store åbne køkken- og stueområde. Tre værelser i stueplan og derudover værelse + krearum og udklædningsområde i underetagen.

Belligende i den idylliske Greve landsby. Huset er på 87 kvm. Soveværelset er indrettet med en kontinentalseng for ekstra god komfort og med mørklægnings rullegardiner. Der er et mindre køkken med komfur, mikroovn, køl/frys og service. På badeværelse er der en meget stor brusekabine samt lækkert badekar. Der er lynhurtigt internet. Minimum alder på gæster 25 år. Ingen børn, rygere eller dyr.
