Lovely villa in a good location.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. Located on quiet residential road with only 4 min. walk to metro - which in just 12 min takes you to Copenhagen, 4 min. walk to shopping and Fields, 10 min. walk to scenic Amager Common. The villa has a nice garden with pool and spa as well as barbecue. If you are going to experience Copenhagen and at the same time retreat in quiet surroundings when the city has been explored, this is just the right property. Great opportunity to enjoy yourself inside and out with the whole family. The outdoor area consists of a large terrace, sofa arrangement, dining table, lounge furniture, gym and swimming pool + spa. The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees and the spa 38, so whatever the weather, you can enjoy hours. Inside, there's plenty of room to play, cozy up, or watch a good movie in the large open kitchen and living room area. Three rooms on the ground floor and in addition room + crearum and dressing area on the ground floor.
