Vila da Praia is a private condominium perfectly located between the beach and the centre of Alvor (5 minute walk each way). The compound has beautifully tended gardens, two swimming pools (one for adults and one for small children) and lots of space to relax and play. This open plan T0 Apartment has been fully refurbished, furnished and remodelled. Fully equipped with capacity for 3 persons but best suited for 2 persons. Prime location on the front line just 50 metres from the beach. Large balcony of 8 square metres with prime sea view from all aspects, with two chairs, one table, sunshade umbrella etc. The double bed has a brand new orthopedic mattress!
