Located in a quiet village, four miles from the historic market town of Louth and 10 miles from the nearest beach. It has its own entrance and a secret courtyard garden; a well-equipped kitchen, with a full range of appliances; a downstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower; a cosy living room with a woodburning stove and space for dining. A king- and a twin-bedroom are upstairs.

Ivy Cottage is a one bed detached cottage set in the grounds of the owners main property. Located in the historic village of Marshchapel in N. E. Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth.
