The Heathland Centre is also located nearby which has an information center with a cafe and hiking trails around the area. The closest food store, Feste, is located approximately 8 km away. The farm is situated on the coast with possibility to hike, go fishing or just relax in the peaceful countryside

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken farmyard on Os. In front of the house is Gallery Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house goats graze, and you have a view of some free-range chickens, and some alpacas on the other side of the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the peace. There are also great hiking trails nearby.

The cabin is located by Seimsfjorden with a direct view of the sea from the living room window and good sunlight throughout the day.
