From here you can explore Hamburg on foot, the public transport is also all directly accessible. Large couch, cozy bed, 48"inch TV, great kitchen, it's all there for you. There are also 3 turtles here

Die Maisonette Wohnung befindet sich im 1. + 2. OG eines Reihenhauses. Sie besticht mit dem großen, offenen Wohnzimmer mit Küche und anliegender Dachterrasse. Im 1. OG Stockwerk befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Duschbad. Das große Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize (1,80x2 m)- und ein Queensize Bett (1,40x2 m). Im kleinen Schafzimmer ist ein Queensize Bett (1,40x2 m). Check-in flexibel (nach Absprache) Wir haben die Wohnung im November 2025 renoviert.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Mitten in der Stadt im begehrten Szeneviertel Sternschanze - St. Pauli und doch sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse, mit eigenem Garten lässt es sich bei mir so richtig schön entspannen :) Fussläufig zur Messe und zum Partyviertel, zu vielen leckeren Restaurants und guten Bar's, diversen Theatern und Musical's bis hin zu schönen Parks die zu einem Spaziergang einladen, hat man alles vor der Haustür was das Herz begehrt.

The accommodation in the middle of Hamburg between the districts of Eppendorf and Hoheluft Ost is this beautiful apartment in the attic. With huge windows, you can enjoy the view of the lively "Notting Hill" here and have your peace in the bedroom, as it goes out to the backyard. The apartment is very bright through the windows and brings holiday feelings through the large room of the living room and kitchen.

Our simple little house offers a well-equipped pantry, shower room/toilet, dining area, cozy sofa and tiled stove on the first floor. On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view. The apartment itself is divided into 2 rooms, a large kitchen, a large conservatory and a bathroom. The apartment is modern equipped.

By bike you can go to the apple blossom in the Alte Land. The ferry terminal is only 1 km away. The ferry takes 10 minutes to Hamburg to the Elbe beach.
