Unsere historische Villa aus dem 19. Jahrhundert ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Familienurlaub. Auf der großen Hochterrasse können Sie die Sonnenuntergänge über den Apfelbaumplantagen so richtig genießen. Das Haus wurde 2022 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und verfügt über Fußbodenheizung in allen Bädern, eine neue Küche und moderne Bäder. Der große Garten ist vollständig eingezäunt und eignet sich ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Die Hamburger Innenstadt ist ca. 30 Min. entfernt.

Eine Wohlfühloase zentral & grüne Umgebung

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit sehr guter Anbindung: Die S-Bahn ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und führt direkt zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Innenstadt und Hafen sind mit dem Auto in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Parkplätze sind nicht auf dem Grundstück, aber direkt vor dem Haus kostenlos und zeitlich unbegrenzt auf dem Rondell verfügbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, ein Park, Spielplatz und See sind ganz in der Nähe. Freuen uns auf Euren Besuch :-)

Wir haben unser Traumhaus gebaut und wir freuen uns dich als unseren Gast darin zu begrüßen. Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Wir haben uns viel Mühe gegeben um dir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Das Studio liegt im UG des Hauses und verfügt über ein Doppelbett, Einbauküche, Tisch mit 2 bequemen Stühlen sowie ein eigenes Duschbad. Im Außenbereich ist ein Tisch mit Stühlen zum verweilen bei gutem Wetter. Herzlich Willkommen

With 110m2 on two levels, a spacious lounge & dining area, modern bathroom with rain shower, gallery level with king-size bed & quiet terrace, you will feel right at home. The location of the loft is unbeatable, absolutely quiet in the inner courtyard and yet only a stone's throw away from the Schulterblatt with its cafes and trendy eateries, close to St. Pauli and the city centre.

The flat is located in the beautiful district of Nienstedten with a nice view into the park, 150m from the Klein Flottbek S-Bahn station. From there you can go directly to Altona station (8 min), to the city centre (20 min) and to the airport (45 min). Cars can usually be parked within walking distance of the house. Many parks (Jenischpark, Westerpark, Botanical Garden, etc.) and the Elbe River are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities are easily accessible.

Das Stadthaus ist ein Neubau aus 2022 direkt am Park gelegen mit See, Spielplatz und Bolzplatz. Vom Grundstück kannst du direkt in den Park gehen. Das Haus ist überall mit großen Fenstern ausgestattet. Wir haben 2 Kinder (8 und 5 ) . Es gibt daher diverse Möglichkeiten zum Klettern, Schaukeln, Toben und viele Spielsachen. Hab Spaß mit der ganzen Familie in dieser stilvollen Unterkunft.

Enjoy the city life in our high quality furnished guest suite. It is super central and yet very quietly located in our charming backyard. The courtyard invites you to linger in nice weather and can be shared. Around us are apartment buildings. The suite has a completely separate entrance. It is small, cozy and offers everything you need.

This apartment has everything one needs for a perfect stay in Hamburg. It's centrally located and well equipped. An occupancy of 2 adults + 1 children is ideal (2 children possible). The second bed is a bunk bed. The bottom is 1.20m x 2.00m and the top is 0.90 x 2.00m. The upper part is suitable for children aged 6-12.
