Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Willkommen in unserem frisch renovierten Apartment. Das Apartment bietet ein großes Doppelbett, das bei Bedarf in zwei Einzelbetten umgewandelt werden kann, für maximale Flexibilität. Die neue Küche ist voll ausgestattet, inklusive eines Kühlschranks mit Gefrierfach, perfekt für kurze oder längere Aufenthalte. Ein großer Garten steht Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung und lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Haustiere sind auf Anfrage herzlich willkommen. Es können zusätzliche Gebühren anfallen.

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. The accommodation of their bicycles and charging station is free of charge . Meissen , Moritzburg , Dresden great destinations

Simply SWITCH OFF at sunset

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.
