The property is NOT suitable for infants and toddlers due to the close proximity to the pond & private lake. The lake is unrestricted with no fencing or gates.

Welcome to The Historic Heron at Chester Nests! The Heron is located in a historic double shotgun style duplex located in the Governor’s Mansion Historic District in downtown Little Rock. This historic property was built in 1939 and has been lovingly restored so it has all the historic charm combined with modern conveniences. The Heron makes up half of the duplex and is fully self-contained with its own private entrances and back deck.

Although this location is nestled among the trees you are only 2-3min drive from the Heights, where you can enjoy local restaurants and shops.
