In our historic half-timbered house, you can expect the warmth of old plank floors and the coziness of antique furniture as well as modern comfort. The small separate garden offers space to relax and for the children to play. We are happy to advise you on excursions, hikes and bike tours.

Free parking is also available in the fenced property and in front of the garage.

The duplex apartment is located in the Preiselpöhl district in the immediate vicinity of an outdoor swimming pool, a quiet park with a playground. Access to the balconies is via the bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal. In the upper area is a cozy sitting area.

When master baker Hans Lange settled here in Saalfed in 1546 with the secret Nuremberg gingerbread recipe, no one could have guessed that his business would continue for 19 generations. We, as the 20th generation, cannot bake as well as our ancestors, but we would like to welcome you instead to our former bakery shop and thus continue the family tradition in a slightly different form. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.
