The location is perfect: it is close to nature and central - borders DIRECTLY on the nature reserve and apart from the ski and toboggan meadow, the Wurmberg cable car (250 m) and the town center are also accessible. Newly built in the fall of 2016, the house has an upscale, friendly-modern interior - with underfloor heating, fireplace, private sauna, Sky and Netflix and a BOSEbox

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. This beautiful old Harz house is located in the heart of Sankt Andreasberg. It was completely modernized by 2022. In doing so, we have attached great importance to preserving the special features of the house and creating a typical mountain feeling. We rely on good and modern amenities. The house offers a nice base for your mountain time: for tours and for hiking, mountain biking or skiing.

In addition to a pool and sauna, there is a large west-facing balcony overlooking the Harz Mountains to recover from everyday stress. For those who like it more sporty, the Harz offers a variety of possibilities from hikes (which can start right in front of the front door), toboggan rides, trails for mountain bikes to fast monster scooter descents on the Wurmberg.

Spaciously cut - Ideally suited for a family holiday. Find your holiday home in Altenau in the Oberharz in our newly built holiday flat. The holiday flat no. 7 is located on the 2nd floor of our house and has 95 m² of living space. The holiday flat, newly built in 2023 and furnished in a modern style, consists of 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, as well as 1 guest toilet and a separate kitchen with a cosy dining area.

Experience living in a sustainable sea container developed in northern Germany. On 23 sqm you can fully enjoy beautiful interior, cozy furnishings and minimalist furnishings. We have chosen all this personally with a lot of love! :-) Except for the steel sheath, almost the entire wall structure consists of renewable raw materials, such as wood, jute and hemp. The visible clay plaster provides a unique look and a pleasant indoor climate.

Time out

The apartment is located with a balcony to the south, from which you have a magnificent view of the Harz forests. The apartment is fully equipped, bright and quiet and also offers a large family plenty of space. In the indoor park (car-free) there are small children's playgrounds and lots of greenery. The sounds of the park cannot be heard in the apartment as it is facing away from the courtyard. Plenty of parking spaces are available.

In a relaxed private atmosphere, we offer a cozy 75 m² apartment on the 2nd floor of our house, (separate entrance) with large living-dining area and balcony, large bedroom also with balcony, 2 additional bedrooms with single beds and small bathroom with tub. So you can comfortably stay in a total of 3 bedrooms with 4 people.
