The cozy apartment is renovated to a high standard and furnished with a lot of love for detail. On the 2nd floor are the spacious living/dining room and the modern, beautiful wooden kitchen as well as the bright, friendly bathroom. A protected south-facing loggia promises many hours of sunshine. The cozy bedroom is under the roof.

The beautiful old building apartment is located in the last house on the Rammelsberg surrounded by nature and offers many possibilities for an exciting varied vacation in Goslar with both city and nature nearby. You have the beautiful old town (very worthwhile!) not far away, many hiking trails right outside the door, a waterfall and lake, a pizzeria in the house and above all the beautiful World Heritage Site mine right in front of you. The location of the apartment is perfect!🏔️

Es stehen genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus zur Verfügung. In der Ferienanlage gibt es auch einen Waschsalon mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern gegen Gebühr. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Keller für Fahrräder und/ oder Skier / Snowboards Abstellmöglichkeiten.

Our apartment is located in an old forest house "the power house", which was built in 1902. It is a bit remote, in the middle of nature. The Schalker pond is within walking distance. ...... We offer a laundry package for €12.50 per person (towels, blankets and pillowcases). The contribution for the spa company is €2.80/night for adults and €1.89/night for children from 6 years. Payment is made on site.

Cozy apartment with great view from the 5th floor. The apartment is a great starting point for hikers, motorcyclists or for a romantic weekend for two. The Kristall Saunatherme is almost at your doorstep, just like the forest, 2 great swimming lakes in the village that can also be easily reached on foot. A 5th person can stay on the sofa in an emergency. Blanket and pillows must then be brought along.
