It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

We rent a 06.2018 renovated house with about 90 m² living space in the small mountain town of Lautenthal.Here you will find a supermarket, a butcher, an outdoor swimming pool, the Schnitzelkönig and doctors in the village. If you want to leave your car in the double carport, you will find a bus stop about 100 m away. The place is well located between Goslar, Seesen and Clausthal Zellerfeld. From here you can do both hikes and day trips by bike or car.

A highlight in the World Heritage city of Goslar is the market square, which is a 5-minute walk from this exceptional apartment. It is located in a rear courtyard directly in the old town. Via a separate entrance you enter the staircase to reach the living area with living room, open kitchen and a bathroom on the first floor. From there you can enter the balcony. Vakantiehuis IBU is a private, non-smoking holiday home located on the edge of the little town Altenau, in the middle of National park the Harz. Guests have sole use of the 3-bedroom house and the terrace and garden with stream. The house has no WIFI or Television connection, but lots of fresch air and peace. You can bring your own towels, duvet- and pillow covers, but also available for rent on location. Duvets and pillows are provided.

Optionally (for a fee), the sauna can be used. WiFi is available. A fridge and a microwave as well as a kettle are available for use. Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely stored in the garage.
