Charming villa in Jávea

In the midst of green pine trees, sea - blue sky, and breath - taking view on mountains, village and the Mediterranean Sea, you will find villa El Carasol. This detached villa with swimming pool is located on 1.200 m² ground, in the middle of a forested hiking area. From the villa you have a beautiful view on the sea, the port, the mountain Montgó, and the village Jávea. The house is ideal for four people coming to vacation in Spain. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rooms has four real beds The beach and village are easily accessible by car. One can choose between several sand, pebble, and rock beaches. Jávea has its own golf club, tennis club and manage. Bicycles can be rented at the port, which also contains a sailing school. This lovely spot filled with sunshine is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the holiday feeling at the Costa Blanca.

Bungalow on the first line of the Mediterranean

The bungalow is located on the front row in the resort town of Calpe in the Marivilla area. Quiet and private place in the middle of the local infrastructure The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea and the protruding mountains, among them the famous Peñón de Ifach, the symbol of the Costa Blanca. In 5 minutes ON FOOT you can reach the beach, restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine, tennis courts, the public pool and the Puerto deportivo Puerto Blanco.

Semi-detached house completely refurbished in 2018 in modern style only a few meters from the sandy beach, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy and 900 meters from the village of Moraira. Sea views, communal pool, fast fiber optic internet, air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets, Smart-TV, dishwasher and washing machine. Longing for a Spanish holiday in great surroundings? Casa Amena is the place! Here you can enjoy round Gaudi-shapes, a private swimming pool and a fantastic panorama view of the Mediterranean. Costa Blanca has a nice temperature all the year! It is easy to use the local Tram and go to El Campello, Alicante and all the cities up the cost to Denia. The tram stops nearby our house. Casa Amena is a lovely, quiet place to have wonderful days in the sun!

Nice little house, comfortable and modern, with private pool accommodating up to 4 people awaits you in a quiet area of Moraira. The house includes 2 spacious double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house has a beautiful living room that connects to the kitchen and dining room. There are two terraces, one with sea views and the other with a 4x3 meter pool and a barbecue. 1 km away is a shopping center. The main beach is 2.5 km away.

The Mermaid's House a few steps from the sea

La Casita de la Vieja Sirena está a pocos pasos de la playa, sin tener que cruzar ninguna calle. Recién reformada, cuenta AA, wifi por fibra, mini piscina, terraza, camas nuevas, la de matrimonio es king size. Es una zona de playa tranquila, cerca de restaurantes, supermercados y demás servicios. La playa es de guijarros hasta el borde del mar, luego es arena. Muy cerca andando y en coche hay playas totalmente de arena.
