It is located in a pedestrian area, so it is not accessible by car, but there is a convenient paid parking lot a 2-minute walk away and free parking along the road a little further away. Access to the apartments is on a comfortable ground floor but the view from the balcony of apartment number 1 is on a high floor (magic of the Sassi of Matera!)

A reserved parking space in the internal courtyard allows you to easily reach and explore the entire historic center on foot. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating. In 2023, the entire building was completely insulated, ensuring an ideal climate in both summer and winter.

Extremely welcoming even just for the conformation, hollow and rounded it looks almost like a mother's womb. The bathroom, although small, has a bidet and a shower. It is equipped with air conditioning, TV, mini-bar and free WiFi. A rich and special breakfast buffet is included in the cost of the cave.

Matera SuiteB is an ideal home for those who want to stay near the Sassi di Matera. A double/quadruple room with a shared balcony and a double room (1 bathroom) make the house functional for a family with children. You can cook a meal or wander around the nearby restaurants. There is no elevator. Cleaning at each guest change. Paid or free street parking not bookable. The common areas with other people are only the terrace (shared with Suite A) and the balcony.
