Consta de 3 dormitorios y dos baños completos, tiene unas vistas espectaculares y la luz del sol baña todos sus habitáculos. ideal para descansar y disfrutar del entorno, nuestro Río Segura y su precioso valle de Ricote con infinidad de actividades para hacer en dicha zona.

La Juligar Rural House

A family-friendly space! Full accommodation with private parking. It consists of: a fireplace, outdoor barbecue, Moorish oven, fireplace on the porch and another in the living room, full indoor and outdoor bathroom, private pool, four bedrooms for 10 people and a crib available if necessary. And of course, relax while the little ones of the house have fun playing in the playground and trampoline. It's the perfect place to disconnect from a tough routine. Calle Encina, is een inspirerende design loft die zowel als vakantiewoning voor 2 personen, 1 slaapkamer, 1 badkamer, 1 keuken, grote loft die alsook als repetitie- of werkruimte kan gehuurd worden, Huis is een volledig autonoom modern ingericht met eigen terras en privé luxueuze verwarmde jacuzzi ( exterior + extra cost ). Tijdens de koudere dagen kan je genieten van de hout verwarmde kachel die de ruimte goed en knus verwarmd (hout inbegrepen).

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.

Enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Liten leilighet med ett soverom. God sovesofa på stue/ kjøkken. Fin utsikt mot fjell og hage med basseng fra terrassen. Terrassen er "romslig". Fine gå og sykkel stier rett utenfor komplekset samt at det er tar ca 10 - 15 minutter å gå til spa anlegget Balneario de Archena.
