The renovated bright 2-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg and extends with 95sqm in a representative old building from 1896, in one of the best residential areas of Hamburg. The apartment is very central and quiet and is suitable for up to 4 people. On foot you can reach the Alster in a few minutes, with its numerous parks along the shore. You can also reach the city center, the exhibition halls and the convention center in a few minutes. In the neighborhood you can enjoy the immediate vicinity, numerous cafes, restaurants, as well as supermarkets and bakeries. Every Tuesday and Friday, the famous Isemarkt takes place in Harvestehude, where you can have a great breakfast, fish rolls or be seduced by regional delicacies.

Dream location and water view directly on the Alster

The accommodation is very quietly located in the villa district of Uhlenhorst on one of the most beautiful properties in Hamburg directly on the Alster. From the large balcony you can look over the Feenteich and the Alster. It couldn't be any nicer! The center can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike, car or bus. Part of Alexander's apartment is rented, which has a separate entrance, bathroom, toilet and a small kitchen. Absolute privacy!! NOTE: See tourist occupancy tax under Rules!

The stylish apartment is situated on the first floor of a late 19th century villa in the beaitiful neighboorhood of Harvestehude, close to the amazing park area around the Alster lake. The apartment with its high ceilingss consists of a spacious living room with a work desk facing the garden infront of the house, the bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm) and the bathroom with a bath tub and shower facilities between the two rooms. There is no kitchen in the apartment.
