The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

With different colored floors and the white walls, it is not a house you come across very often. With lots of light coming in through the large windows and a mix of new and old furniture, it creates a cozy atmosphere! Perfect for 2 people with a small child or dog.
