New studio with shaded terrace and access to the garden, on the ground floor of a barn converted into a dwelling. It has an equipped kitchen and a wardrobe bed with 160 X 200 mattress. Bathroom with shower, bed linens available. Independent access and parking available.

New cottage completed at the end of June 2021. You will live in a quiet and peaceful environment and you can enjoy our natural swimming pond (300 m2 of open water). We also rent a small trailer (far from the cottage and not overlooked) so you will share the green spaces and the water with our other tenants (3 max). We will share our knowledge of our beautiful region and its preserved nature with you. Please read the House Rules before booking.

Comfortable suite in a renovated barn building entirely for you, isolated in the mountains, on the edge of a forest trail that is accessible by car in the summer and by foot in the winter (on cross-country skis and mountain bikes).

YOU WILL BE THE ONLY INHABITANTS OF THIS LITTLE HOUSE AND THE GARDEN IS LARGE. The "Sevoriane" includes: a 17 m² double bedroom, a shower and sink (separate toilet), a small extra kitchenette, with small dining area. Several seating areas in the garden. The pool & garden are shared spaces with the hosts and sometimes other guests of the main house. Pets are not allowed as the property is not fenced. Wifi speed: 72mgbits/second

Access this atypical place by a hiking trail from the village of Saint Etienne de Tinée (climb of 10 minutes/500m/50m d+). Once you arrive, make the most of this haven of peace: South exposure, view of the village and the mountain, terrace with outdoor dining area, 5000m2 of land, wood stove- this former Grange from 1770 has been renovated all comfort. With its large flat and fenced garden, summer and winter, the Grange d'Auron is welcoming and peaceful for an unforgettable stay. Centrally located in the village near the Savonnette toboggan run and a stone's throw from the swimming pool, tennis courts and climbing wall. The ski lifts are 800 metres away in winter. Return possible on skis in case of very good snow conditions.
