2nd Retreat

This bright and quaint historical little house is one block from the downtown district. This 2nd retreat has a charming enclosed front porch for sitting, a quiet serene space to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine, to read a book or just to sit and relax. We are in walking distance to a great Ice cream shop , the local winery, a quaint coffee shop, Mango's for margarita's and end the evening with the local movie theater. Enjoy the small town dynamic.

Latitudes Tavern Apartment

A premium spot in downtown Alpena. The center of downtown is two blocks down the road at 2nd Avenue and Chisholm St. We are located in a premium spot to find dinner, entertainment, shopping and most importantly nightlife. The space is located above a bar. So...it can be a little noisy for some. But if you are ok with some noise or don't normally turn in until later in the evening, we are for you. River Horse

Escape to our cozy cabin on the Thunder Bay River, just 15 minutes away from downtown Alpena. It offers 50 feet of water frontage, perfect for a variety of outdoor activities. Whether you're looking to kayak, fish, swim, or simply relax by the water, our cabin has it. In the summer months we do have an additional room in the cabin with a queen size bed and 4 Kayaks for your use.

My place is less than a block from Restaurants, an outdoor Splash Park, and beaches along Lake Huron. Within walking distance is a park with basketball and tennis courts, a bandshell for outdoor concerts in summer and more beach access. If you're looking for a night in, the backyard is private with a firepit and hot tub, or enjoy the game/activity room downstairs.

Winnybrük Cottage

It has been a labor of love, for our entire family, to update this wonderful 1930's cottage. We hope you appreciate the design, the details and the decor.
