My place is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Alpena. There are a variety of restaurants and bars all within 1/4 mile. Lake Huron is my front yard, with tennis and basketball courts available for public use. The Alpena bandshell is a hop and skip from my house; every Saturday there’s a concert in the summer. There are two public beaches within a mile. And you can see masts from sailboats out my front window as the boat harbor is my neighbor.

Located only 7 miles from Alpena it’s only a short drive in to town to explore all that Alpena has to offer.

Within walking distance is a park with basketball and tennis courts, a bandshell for outdoor concerts in summer and more beach access. If you're looking for a night in, the backyard is private with a firepit and hot tub, or enjoy the game/activity room downstairs.
