With our 27 m² studio on the 3rd floor of the "Le Météor" residence, you also benefit from private parking and a south-facing balcony, without overlooking neighbours, in the quiet and easily accessible district of Eclose. 150 m from the intermediate station of the free Alpe Express cable car, which serves the start of the slopes of the Bergers sector (ESF course) in 5 minutes: start and return "skis on"! In general, everything is done on foot from the apartment, summer and winter!

At Emma's, character!

Alpe d'Huez Houses offers you this 65m2 with 2 bedrooms of good size with a spacious bathroom, a living room under the slope with a very nice height and a mountain view due South in Vieil Alpe and its roofs but clear. The apartment accommodates 4 people very comfortably, has a parking space in a garage box in a closed garage, and a ski room on the ground floor. We particularly like Chez Emma, ??because it gives the impression of being in a small independent chalet. To discover!

Beautiful apartment facing south. The apartment is located in the residence "Les 4 Solils » at the foot of the Alpe Express 10-seater gondola (boarding station 20 metres from the apartment). The apartment has a large living room with a comfortable living room and a full kitchen, a small bedroom and a loggia. The residence has a small U supermarket, rental shops, restaurants, caterers, a bread/tobacco press depot, laundry, etc.

The 105m2 apartment is ideal for accommodating 10 people thanks to its 3 double bedrooms (including 2 suites), its mountain corner with bunk beds, and a sleeping area with a 120x200 bed (ideal for 1 person, it is possible to put 2 children however).
