North Lodge is a charming/cozy 1890's gate house

North Lodge is a late 19th century gate house, belonging to the Guyzance Hall Estate. It has been fully refurbished bringing it up to modern standards, but still retaining its old charm. With a cozy wood burner, there is a spacious living room and a beautiful kitchen leading out on to a south facing court yard, with a large garden surrounding it, and its own drive. The cottage is situated at the east end of the small hamlet of Guyzance, close to Walkworth and the beautiful Northumberland coast.

The towns of Alnwick ( the castle having featured in the Harry Potter film) and Rothbury are also 20 min away and well worth a visit. Welcome to Lee View Set in a small rural hamlet of just a few houses, with stunning views as well as peace and quiet. We have tried to make the cottage a special place, and hope it will make a nice change of scene for our guests. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, as well as those wanting to visit the many historic sites and country houses in Northumberland. Lee View is just a 10 minute drive from Rothbury with a Co Op and a variety of other shops. We are 25 minutes from Morpeth and Alnwick.

Loan End Cottage is a lovely Georgian 2 bedroom cottage located a 7 minute walk from the centre of Alnwick. Off-street parking and own private entrance to the cottage. The owners live next door in the main part of the house, but you'll rarely see them unless you want to!! Living room with log-burner, kitchen, small rear courtyard on the ground floor. Upstairs their are 2 bedrooms - a single bed and a double bed - and a bathroom with over bath shower.
