The villa enjoys a unique rural location set on a spacious private plot. A small pebble beach can be reached after a short walk through a wild stony pathway. In 2026 we are expanding the property with a new building that will allow us to host larger groups in the future. The structure is currently unfinished, and all construction work has been suspended for the season to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay for our guests. THE VILLA WAS BUILT IN 2021.The villa is located at the entrance of Kalyves, a popular coastal resort in northwest Crete. Kalyves is a small, cozy place where Greek traditions are still maintained and where everything is offered for a wonderful holiday experience. A Super Market is located 200 meters away, where you can find everything you need. In the area you can find lots of restaurants, taverns and café but also spend your day at the crystal beach nearby (150m away).

Our 'Villa Angelos in Saint Basil Olive Grove' in Crete is located between the family-friendly seaside resort of Almyrida and the traditional Cretan village of Gavalochory which is only a few km inland at our private and fully gated estate. We have 4 villas available: the others being Helios, Asteria and Selene, each with a private pool and gated to help with child safety.
