Excellent beachfront house

House in a private development, with direct access to Marina Playa beach, 200 metres from Puerto Marina del Este. Three-storey house with three large terraces and four bedrooms. Excellent views of the sea and the mountains, a swimming pool and private communal parking on the development itself. The pool season is from 1 June to 15 September, and the opening hours are from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The house has a private Wi-Fi network, Movistar Plus and a security system.

Back in the house, you can enjoy the tranquility and beautiful views of the old city, the botanical garden El Majuelo and the sea on the roof terrace. Come and enjoy!

Amzingly restored with an emphasis on retaining much of the originality of one of the oldest properties in the town.
