Itsasbarri is a charming little house in the highest part of the historic center, a few meters from its emblematic Castle and a 5-minute walk from bars and restaurants. Located in a very quiet pedestrian area, it has internet, a living room, 2 bedrooms with a double bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. But what makes Itsasbarri different is its double terrace with spectacular ocean views, as well as its wine cellar and a small patio with a lot of charm that will make your stay an unforgettable experience.

House in a private development, with direct access to Marina Playa beach, 200 metres from Puerto Marina del Este. Three-storey house with three large terraces and four bedrooms. Excellent views of the sea and the mountains, a swimming pool and private communal parking on the development itself. The pool season is from 1 June to 15 September, and the opening hours are from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The house has a private Wi-Fi network, Movistar Plus and a security system.

We are on the third floor. No lift.
