Квартира находится в самом центре города. Рядом расположены все необходимые для жизни объекты социального обеспечения: аптеки, магазины, кафе и рестораны, детские сады, торговые центры и тд. Квартира находится на 10 этаже, и это делает её невероятно уютным местом для уединения и отдыха. Вид из окна головокружительный, особенно в период захода солнца вы можете наблюдать за этим явлением лёжа на мягком комфортном диване, или сидя за столиком и выпивая чашечку вкусного кофе.
