Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Recently renovated old house of 100 m2, with kitchen and living room, then two bedrooms upstairs each with a double bed. It is located 10 minutes by car from Lake Geneva and 20 minutes from the Habère-Poche ski resort and 30 minutes from several resorts.(Bernex, Thollon-les-Mémises, Hirmentaz, Roc d'Enfer...), 45 minutes from Morzine/Avoriaz. Walks in the forest and to the castles of Allinges starting on foot from the house.

It is conveniently located, on the edge of the vast forest of the town of Thonon, where you will find many trails and fitness trails. Thonon is a 5-minute drive away and you will find small shops in the center of the village of Armoy, 3 km away.

Very nice 50 m2 2-room ground floor with terrace, bright refurbished, located on Boulevard de la Corniche, 15-min walk to the Thermal Baths or the city center and 20 minutes to the port of Thonon. The apartment consists of a bedroom-suite with 160 cm double bed, dressing room, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, hairdryer, separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a comfortable dining area. The living room gives access to the terrace.
