Unsere neue Fewo "die Stub" ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für eureTouren ins Vilstal und die umliegende Bergwelt da wir schon mitten im Waldgebiet sind. Neuschwanstein ist mit dem Auto nur 25 min entfernt. Nach einer Tour könnt ihr in der Vils die Füsse kühlen oder in die umliegenden Badeseen springen. Im Winter sind verschiedene Lifte ca 25 min mit dem Auto entfernt oder ihr macht eine Schneeschuhtour vom Haus aus. Der Ortskern ist 3,5 km entfernt wo ihr alles nötige kaufen könnt.

The luxurious, 2-story penthouse on 130 m² scores with a unique and quiet location right on the lake. Inside, highlights such as a private sauna, hot tub and large terrace with mountain and lake views await you. There is a basement compartment for your sports equipment. The location is incredible. For example, you can walk to skiing, hiking, water sports, sunbathe on Lake Walen or cozily into the charming restaurant/bar by the lake. Everything is right at your doorstep.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Romantic hunting lodge / forest cabin, max. 17 people

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

DAS ALPIENTE**** (ground floor) - Apartment in the Allgäu

DAS ALPIENTE – Since January 2017, we have been renting a very stylish, 100 sqm ground floor apartment in our vacation home in Sonthofen/Binswangen in the Allgäu. An atmosphere to feel good – the special ambience in the Alps. Traditional elements are integrated into a modern design language, natural materials create coziness, and the high-quality furnishings give you the good feeling of being "at home." Modern apartment right on the Lech. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen , a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an entrance area with a cloakroom. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor. Above the Lech you can enjoy a romantic view of the former monastery of St. Mang and the High Castle at your feet. Shopping, strolling, dining out... possible without transportation.

I am renting out a super nice, newly renovated, fully equipped 3-room apartment on the first floor with a large south-facing balcony with mountain view of Neuschwanstein Castle, Hopfensee, Forggensee centrally and quietly located in Füssen Hopfen. TV satellite system, hand towels and Bed linen included. Fully equipped kitchen with large freezer-fridge, dishwasher with Aquastop. Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

Romantic garden apartment on the Wildbach Halblech

The lovingly furnished, light-flooded apartment with its own entrance from the garden is located in a settlement house on the Halblech. It is 43 sqm, the living and sleeping area are not separated by a door. The apartment is suitable for couples or families with up to two children. A double bed, 180 x 200, and a sofa bed 140 x 195 offer plenty of space. The small kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, fridge and sink.
