Studio at a beautiful location with flair and char

My accommodation is close to public transport (3min to the bus) and ski/hiking area. The accommodation is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac at around 900 meters above sea level. You will love my accommodation for the tranquility and the environment. In the village center (5min walk) there is also the Walsermuseum and post office, bakery, butcher, ATM, restaurants and a discounter. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and furry friends (smaller pets)

The middle room with living/dining room and kitchen is very bright with a view of Sargans Castle. The upper seating area offers great panoramic views of the castle and Gonzen. The guest apartment is ideal for 2-4 people. Large double bed, bunk bed in the upper room, sofa bed or folding bed. On request, use of hot tub, sauna and washing machine.

An extensive well-kept hiking network, bike paths and thermal baths invite you to get to know our area. Illmensee is a very good starting point for attractive leisure activities, such as the lake park with foot golf, golf and water skiing, which can be reached in 15 minutes. Ravensburger Spieleland can be reached in about 30 minutes.

Those who need nature and tranquility love this place. The apartment is in the five-lake country in a small Bavarian idyllic village. The accommodation is cozy, quiet and surrounded by nature. It's a ground floor apartment. The small terrace at the entrance is surrounded by the garden. It takes about 5 - 10 minutes by car to get to the lakes. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Please be sure to arrive by car.

Our house is located in a medium-sized place called Türkheim. Since the house is located on the outskirts and it is only three minutes to the A96, it is ideal for tourists and fitters. Sights such as the Allgäu mountains, Füssen, Schwangau and the royal castles can be reached within 50 minutes by car. Munich, the state capital, and its highlights are a 45-minute drive. After a busy day, the place also offers various restaurants and ice cream parlours.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

The cozy apartment in "chalet style" is simply but comfortably furnished. The accommodation includes a double room with king size bed and a smaller room with two single beds suitable for two kids or adults.
