A self-contained annexe adds privacy, with bathroom, shower room, and an upstairs living space with kitchen. Plus a cosy games shed with pool table and fussball game.

Clean and tidy, completely separate studio apartment (1 king sized bed + optional floor mattress). Parking available for one car on secure, gated, private driveway. Hereford City Centre is within easy walking distance as are the Lugg Meadows with lovely country walks.

A large flat within a lovely, quiet Edwardian house with outstanding views of Hereford Cathedral and the Welsh Mountains. A great place to explore from or just to relax. On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided.
